Stouffville Brewing debuts Red Falcon Ale

red-falcon Stouffville Brewing Co. has announced the launch of its introductory Red Falcon Ale – a 5% ABV malt-forward beer.

Stoufville Brewing brings together a group of industry veterans in Bill Perrie, author and publisher of  The Pub Magazine; Jim Williamson, publisher of Wine Access; and seasoned Brewmaster, Paul Dickey. Both Perrie and Williamson were the original founders of TAPS Magazine, while Dickey brings 14 years of brewing experience to the Stouffville team starting his career at Pepperwood Bistro, Black Oak Brewing Co., and his own Cheshire Valley Brewing Co.

Red Falcon Ale is currently brewed under contract at Wellington Brewery in Guelph under the watch of Dickey. Scouting for a brewery location is in progress.

“Red Falcon Ale is an easy-drinking, malt focussed beer that has an initial sweetness followed by a dry roasted finish. Never cloying, this beer will satisfy you thirst for something different”, writes Perrie.

473 mL cans and draught are currently available at six locations in the GTA and Southwestern Ontario to be followed by The Beer Store and LCBO stores in Spring 2014.
