Left Field and Sweet Jesus launch Mocha Marshmallow Stout
Toronto – Left Field Brewery today announced the launch of its new Mocha Marshmallow Stout brewed in collaboration with Toronto cafe Sweet Jesus.
“Their [Sweet Jesus’] decadent cones are layered with thoughtfulness and take you right back to childhood. Needless to say, we were inspired to replicate these qualities in a beer,” says Left Field Brewery “The result? Sweet Jesus Mocha Marshmallow Stout.”
With a stout baseline, the beer has additions of roasted, crushed cocoa nibs and a blend of Brazilian Sweet Jesus coffee beans with lactose sugar added to replicate marshmallow.
“The result is a rich and decadent blend of chocolate, caramel and sweet orange. In other words, the ultimate dessert beer,” says Left Field.
Sweet Jesus Mocha Marshmallow Stout is available now at Left Field’s retail store in 650ml bottles and also at all La Carnita locations, Home of the Brave and other establishments in Toronto.
