Cowbell Brewing now open in Blyth

Blyth – Cowbell Brewing Co. has announced its massive destination brewery – and eventually distillery – is now open at 40035 Blyth Road in the small community of Blyth in Huron County.

The 26,000 sq-ft barn-style facility features a 50 hectolitre brewhouse, restaurant and tap room with indoor and outdoor seating for 400, private dining and event space, and a retail store.

The brewery, which already employs 24, was founded by locals Steven Sparling, Grant Sparling, and David Sparling with veteran brewer Stephen Rich heading brewing operations.

Cowbell’s beer lineup currently includes Absent Landlord Country Kolsch, Doc Perdue’s Bobcat West Coast Red Ale, Kelly’s Contraption New World Hefeweizen, and a handful of releases in their Renegade Series.

Operating hours are Mon-Sun 11am-11pm.
