Bobcaygeon Brewing announces brewery buildTweet
Bobcaygeon – Bobcaygeon Brewing Co. this week revealed the location selected for their brewery build in downtown Bobcaygeon at 15 Bolton Street at Lock 32.
“We are excited to be working with Parks Canada to fulfill our original goal of building our brewery in Bobcaygeon and producing our beer here”, said Richard Wood, President and Co- Founder of Bobcaygeon Brewing Co. “We look forward to a strong long-term relationship with Parks Canada and the community to promote both craft beer and economic development in Bobcaygeon and the surrounding areas.”

Construction at the former post office location is set to begin Fall 2017.
“We are pleased to welcome the Bobcaygeon Brewing Co. to the former Post Office Building at Lock 32 – Bobcaygeon.” stated Jewel Cunningham, Parks Canada Director of Ontario Waterways. “This partnership is an excellent example of finding and leveraging the win-win potential in our communities. It also creates the climate for increased visitation at our site by presenting new and exciting offers to residents and visitors alike.”
Opening is slated for 2018.
