Ace Hill Beer launches flagship Pilsner

Toronto – Ace Hill Beer, founded by homebrewer Blake Anderson, has announced it has launched its Ace Hill Pilsner.

Anderson’s Ace Hill Pilsner is based off his 2014 entry in the Great Canadian Homebrew Competition where he medaled gold in the Pilsner category.

Currently brewed on contract with Big Rig Brewery in Ottawa, the beer scales in at 4.9% ABV with 15.6 IBUs brewed with Pilsner and Carapils malts, Hallertau hops and Augustiner yeast.

Ace Hill notes that 1% of all beer sales will be donated to clean water causes.

It is rolling out to better beverage establishments in Toronto currently in 473ml cans.
